It’s a very peaceful and well-connected locality, with an easy-to-access location and no cramped lanes. 🌿 🛏️ Room: Single bed + plenty of storage 🚿 Washroom: Right next to the room Females only The flat is fully furnished and completely set up — huge common space, sofa, dining area, fully set-up kitchen and plenty of greenery around. 🌿 The other two flatmates are friendly — one is an aviation girly ✈️ and the other is a graphic designer 🎨. ✨ No owner interference ✨ Very good & helpful neighbours ✨ Peaceful locality ✨ Spacious living + dining area ✨ Fully furnished setup ✨ No morning motor hassle 💧 Water comes 4–9 AM and 4–8 PM every day House help: 🧹 Maid: ₹2,000 total for the entire house, divided among everyone. 🍳 Cook: ₹2,000 per person — comes twice a day and cooks meals for the day. Utilities: Electricity, water and gas are based on the actual government bills, which we divide equally among the flatmates. There’s no separate fixed per-unit arrangement. The room already has a single bed and enough storage. If you prefer to bring/rent your own bed, that’s absolutely fine too.
